The apartment has two single beds and a double space in the dining area that gives the same feeling of space and brightness: the central space is connected to the kitchen. This arrangement has been made to improve interaction as well as to facilitate the movement of air and light within the space.

After the dining room, guests will be taken to the upper floor where the guest rooms are located via internal wooden stairs. The design is conceived in such a way that it takes advantage of the height to provide a distinction between social and private areas. This in turn offers greater comfort to residents.

The facades take advantage of the contradiction of light and dark colors, stone panels and large windows, maintaining the modern and minimalist feel of the structures. The windows allow access to natural light and offer a panoramic view of the different units.

The blocks are surrounded by large green areas that are well integrated into the context and have clear and well-linked accesses to recreational areas, such as the community pool in the images that can be seen around. The design of the complex in terms of layout and materials used is made with the intention of creating a comfortable and affordable modern living, enhancing the panoramas and the relationship with the surrounding landscape.
